To reiterate. Cold start. fine, but 20 miles of low-speed driving glow-plug started flashing, and car went into limp mode with code P2263. Hot start immediate glow plug flashing, limp mode and P2263. Luckily I live in Church Stretton which is too small to have a Ford specialist, but big enough to support a busy local garage.
